“What a big and beautiful adventure FC Baseball is. So many great concerts, so many nights filled with music, so many wonderful conversations, and so many beautiful people this cosmic thing has brought into my life," said Tautvydas Gaudėšius, the founder of the project "FC Baseball". He is a Lithuanian alternative electronic pop musician, songwriter, and former radio show host. Thanks to a fortunate accident, he discovered music in his teenage years, became interested in songwriting, and gradually stepped firmly into the world of music.

Tautvydas began his active music career in 2017 when he launched his first alternative electronic music project, "Junior A". Soon after, he drew public attention with his debut album "Born Busy", released by the subsidiary of the "XL Recordings" label, "Hard Up". The album’s single "Sleep Machine" made its way into "Spotify" playlists, the "USA Viral Top 50", and "New Music Friday USA", alongside Frank Ocean and Lana Del Rey. After the release of the album, major global music companies such as "Sony Music Entertainment", "Columbia Records", "XL Recordings", and "IAmSound Records" expressed interest in Tautvydas' work. His tracks were played on "Apple" radio’s "Beats 1 Radio" and the British "BBC Radio 1".

After three intense years, during which music became the artist’s lifestyle, Tautvydas made an important decision – he decided to take creative breaks and put "Junior A" on pause. Despite the great success and rapid popularity of the project, Tautvydas wanted to step back a bit and let the creative process become slower, calmer – just the way he needed it. During the quarantine, the project "FC Baseball" was born, which not only served as a creative break but also marked a new step in Tautvydas' musical journey. When he picked up the guitar and started writing songs, "FC Baseball" emerged.

"Music was my ticket to another world. And "FC Baseball" for me is a 'return home," Tautvydas said about his second alter ego, which emerged in 2020. It stood out with its unique musical direction, the artist’s personal nostalgia, and a sincere eagerness to share music with songs written in Lithuanian – as, prior to this, while working under the name "Junior A", Tautvydas created songs only in English. Over time, the projects evolved, but the themes remained the same: everyday life, friendship, love, and childhood. Only now, everything began to be expressed in his native language, which allowed the artist to be more precise.

The first song by "FC Baseball" to reach listeners, "Už krašto", became an important beginning and was included in the album "Lùna", which features 10 tracks. Now, four years after "FC Baseball" debuted on the Lithuanian music scene, Tautvydas has four full-length albums under his belt ("Lùna", "VORAI", "ŽVĖRYNĖ", and "Aš sakydamas kursiu") and three mini-albums ("Gėla", "Bėgti laiptais", and "KARUSELĖ"). Tautvydas' works have received hundreds of thousands of plays on both "YouTube" and "Spotify" platforms, and the true beauty of his music is discovered in his magical concerts.

In one interview, the artist shared that in every concert, he is looking for something new and expanding the boundaries of baseball. It is also worth noting that for three years, there was an additional platform – his own radio show on LRT OPUS, called "Beisbolas" (Baseball), focused on music from Tautvydas’ perspective. From 2020 to 2023, the show sought answers to questions like why people write songs and where melodies come from. Later, when the show ended, the author filled himself and returned all of his attention to what his heart truly loved – music. Today, he continues to actively create music (one of his latest works is "Milijonai galimybių" – "Millions of Possibilities"), directs his own music videos, and greets listeners at his concerts with a deep, melancholic, and somewhat dreamy romantic sound. As Tautvydas Gaudėšius himself said, "Long live love, long live freedom, long live music."
